The forests and lakes surrounding the Husky Lodge are ideal dog sledding country. You will be given full instruction in how to handle your team of Siberian Huskies before heading out to discover this beautiful region by dogsled. Once you have gained your confidence, you will head up into the mountains for a 2-day expedition with one overnight in mountain cabin along the route, before returning to the cosy comfort of the Husky Lodge to reflect on your mushing adventures.
With small groups of max. 4 persons, this is an intimate and personal dog sledding holiday available on the following scheduled dates: 15.02-21.02.10, 19.03-24.03.10, 29.12.09-03.01.10 (special New Year tour). Additional dates can also be added on request from min. 2 persons.
This new dogsledding adventure is the latest addition to our portfolio of mushing holidays in Sweden, which has been completely revised for the 2009/2010 winter season.
